BioWare Mythic is Mythic Entertainment Again
The old Mythic Entertainment website got a major facelift a while ago (as we reported), and it turns out that there was a good reason for this. The company most recently known as BioWare Mythic has been re-branded, I suspect as a function of its conversion to a mobile-focused studio, and has taken on its former name once more.
This fact was teased out by the studio’s creative director, Paul Barnett:

Now, I’m speculating above as to the reasons for the name change. What I’m less certain of is whether the studio now known again as Mythic Entertainment is still affiliated with BioWare within Electronic Arts’ hierarchy.
