Real Life Comics Features Ultima Forever, Teases Ultima Online

Greg Dean’s comic, Real Life, is meant to be loosely based on his life with his wife and friends. It falls into the genre of “geek humour”, focusing on video games, science fiction, cosplay, and other such things.

Anyway, his July 23rd comic focused on his apparently excitement over Ultima Forever: Quest for the Avatar. Ultima Online also merits a mention, and in fact becomes the butt of the joke. (The follow-up comics — including today’s — poke some fun at the High Seas expansion for Ultima Online, and at the PvP griefing that characterized the game’s earlier years.)
